Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight

I just wanted to share some tips which I came across while reading the book “Dont Lose your mind, lose your weight” by Rujuta Diwekar. She has been Kareena Kapoor’s personal dietician and was responsible for her so called size 0.

She basically emphasizes on the 4 Principles of eating right.

1.Never wake up to tea or coffee.
Instead eat real food within 10 to 15 mins of waking up.As for some its difficult to do so, she advises on at least having a fruit.

2.Eat every two hours
Pretty much the same logic/diet which my dietician has suggested

3.Eat more when you are more active and less when you are less active

4.Finish your last meal at least 2 hours prior to sleeping.

Apart from that of course she says that excercise is a must. At least one hour 3-4 times a week.
