Obese or overweight?

Question: Hi, i am 5′3″ tall and weighs almost 70 kgs. I do not eat much, but it is my sedentary workstyle that has added to my weight. My worst areas are abdominal fat and face. I have started developing double chins. Please, I am desperate to lose weight. Can anyone suggest me a good diet and workout? I work on computer from home. Please suggest.

About diet just take care what you eat. Indian food is not good for health. Avoid eating sweets, oily stuff. drink lots of water and try green tea without sugar. Consult a dietician for healthy diet if required/possible.
