Obese or overweight?
Question: Hi, i am 5’3″ tall and weighs almost 70 kgs. I do not eat much, but it is my sedentary workstyle that has added to my weight. My worst areas are abdominal fat and face. I have started developing double chins. Please, I am desperate to lose weight. Can anyone suggest me a good diet and workout? I work on computer from home. Please suggest.

But at the same time I say that dont lose hope u can loose 3-5 kgs in two weeks. The key is proper diet and exercises. Once you loose that much you’ll feel much better and further get motivated by the results.
