You look at those who eat junk food most contemptuously and even loudly wonder why these gluttons cannot follow a healthy life style. You will have become an epitome of everything good and healthy. Obese or overweight?
Question: Hi, i am 5′3″ tall and weighs almost 70 kgs. I do not eat much, but it is my sedentary workstyle that has added to my weight. My worst areas are abdominal fat and face. I have started developing double chins. Please, I am desperate to lose weight. Can anyone suggest me a good diet and workout? I work on computer from home. Please suggest.
