How do i loose 10 kgs within 2 weeks?
10 kgs in just two weeks is not possible unless you have a very high matabolic rate and you are exercising really tough way( I mean 6-8 kms of running then heavy gyming). Moreover a low carb diet is also required. But as a well wisher i would suggest that dont go for that u may end up being dull and lithargic. There is no short cut to fitness.
But at the same time I say that dont lose hope u can loose 3-5 kgs in two weeks. The key is proper diet and exercises. Once you loose that much you’ll feel much better and further get motivated by the results.
